Terms & conditions

These are the main programme rules while Euro Mall finalises its full terms and conditions.

• Membership is free and personal, and it is linked to your mobile number.
• You earn points on purchases at participating Euro Mall stores when you give your mobile number at the till. Points are based on the amount you actually pay.
• Points have no cash value. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
• Vouchers are redeemed with points in the app. Each voucher can be used once, and its minimum spend and expiry date apply.
• If a voucher you redeemed expires unused, its points are returned automatically.
• Points earned on purchases you return are deducted.
• If you delete your account, your points balance and any unused vouchers are cancelled.
• Euro Mall may update the programme rules, rewards and these terms. The current version is always shown in the app.
